WanderVid-Terms of Service

1. Acceptance agreement

By using WanderVid, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined in this user agreement. This agreement is a legally binding contract between you and WanderVid. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use WanderVid service.

2. User registration and account number

2.1 registration: to use WanderVid, you must register your account by providing accurate and complete information. It is your responsibility to maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.

2.2 account security: if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account, you must immediately notify WanderVid.

3. User behavior

3.1 compliance with laws: you agree to use WanderVid service in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations.

3.2 prohibited activities: you shall not use this service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, including but not limited to the transmission of any harassment, slander, obscenity or other inappropriate content.

4. Content ownership and intellectual property

4.1 WanderVid content: all content provided by WanderVid, including text, images and software, is protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.

4.2 user generated content: you reserve the ownership of any content (such as photos and videos) uploaded to WanderVid. However, by uploading content, you can grant WanderVid a non exclusive, royalty free license to use, copy, and display such content to provide services.

5. Privacy and data protection

5.1 privacy policy: WanderVid is committed to protecting your privacy. The privacy policy contained in this user agreement explains how we collect, use and protect your personal information.

5.2 data security: we implement reasonable security measures to protect your data from unauthorized access or disclosure.

6. Service availability and limitations

6.1 availability:WanderVid is committed to providing continuous and uninterrupted services. However, due to maintenance, update or other operational reasons, we may need to suspend or restrict access to the service temporarily.

6.2 limitations: services are provided "as is". WanderVid does not guarantee uninterrupted or error free service.

7. Termination

7.1 through WanderVid: WanderVid reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time, whether or not there is a reason.

7.2 by you: you can contact our support team at any time to terminate your account. After termination, your access to the service will be disabled and your account data may be deleted.

8. Dispute resolution

8.1 applicable law: this user agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of country, regardless of its conflict of laws provisions.

8.2 dispute resolution: any dispute arising from or in connection with this Agreement shall be settled through friendly negotiation. If no agreement can be reached, the dispute can be referred to the courts of country.

9. Others

9.1 entire agreement: this user agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and WanderVid regarding the use of the service.

9.2 Amendment: WanderVid may amend this user agreement at any time. Any changes will be posted on the WanderVid website. If you continue to use the service after the changes, you will accept the revised terms.
